Assessment, Approval, and Return of Products
Mita's Discount Corner 
by TBMDISTRIBUTION

Customers are permitted to return any part of their order if it is damaged, faulty, or sent incorrectly, under the following conditions:

 

Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization from  Mita's Discount Corner by TBMDISTRIBUTION.

 

Customers must request a Return Authorization and physically return the items to Mita's Discount Corner by TBMDISTRIBUTION. within 21 days (3 weeks) from the date of purchase.

Undamaged items must be returned in the original quantity, in a condition suitable for resale, and packaged in the original manufacturer’s shipping boxes with all associated materials.

Damaged items must be returned in the original quantity and may incur a 15% restocking fee, depending on the nature and cause of the damage.

Discontinued or specially ordered items cannot be returned.

Mita's Discount Corner by TBMDISTRIBUTION. will not accept returns exceeding the originally purchased quantity.

Mita's Discount Corner by TBMDISTRIBUTION. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria and may apply a 15% restocking fee.

Any returns refused will be sent back to the customer, and freight charges will apply. Requests for proof of delivery must be made within 42 days (6 weeks) from the invoice date; proof of delivery will not be provided after this period.
